Thabsano wood creation studio focuses on customer satisfaction and keeps a good relationship with our customers. Listening to customers’ suggestions, opinions, and complaints and attending to the feedback is one of our primary objectives. We do follow-up calls to our customers to enquire about their feedbacks. 

Customer analysis is carried out to better understand the expectation, need and perception of customers with regard to our products and services. The results of the analysis are made known and understood to all the personnel within the company. We regularly develop strategies for building up long term relationship with our customers.

However, buying decision of foreign customers is mainly affected by design, price, production potentials, and quality, punctual and service. In addition, the information will enhance our company to design furniture, provide services and set marketing mix according to the expectation of our customers. The service quality of salespersons has been well accepted by the customers.

Thabsano pays much attention to get customer satisfaction. Both customer acquisition and customer retention strategies are the main factors that make us receive support from our customers. The following are our steps.

Thabsano products are developed every 3 months by experienced designers to respond to the need of our customers. 

Price

We set a competitive price for our furniture. We study the price movement in domestic markets. We give discount to our regular customers in order to increase our sale volumes.

Packaging

Thabsano products have custom made packaging for each product to ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality upon delivery.

Delivery

Our Marketing department will liaise with the customer to consider the demand in the coming period. This information will help us to produce ahead of time with the appropriate amount.

Customer Feedback

Customer opinions, suggestions and feedback is responded to as soon as possible. We learn a lot from our customers and  improving the company with customer suggestions.

Satisfaction Evaluation

The improvement of product quality is realized through the evaluation of customer satisfaction level, carried out by interviewing old and new customers.
